Our mission is to alleviate repetitive muscular strain of all professional pastry and cake decorators by providing a sanitary, economical, robust, high quality, easy to use and easy to learn cake and pastry decorating system, the EASY-PIPER, to all commercial bakeries and cake decorating facilities.

Ed Dittmar—former rocket scientist— invented, patented, trademarked, constructed, field-tested and designed the Easy-Piper. His company, Dittmar Development is now manufacturing the Easy-Piper system in a factory located in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho.
